Requirements¶
Tethne is tested in Linux and Mac OSX running Python 2.7. Python 3 and versions earlier than 2.7 are not supported (since NetworkX does not support Python < 2.7).
Windows¶
Several users have had success with Tethne on various Windows platforms. That being said, we presently don’t have the resources to support Microsoft operating systems. If this is something that you’re interested in, please consider contributing to the project! See How to contribute.
Installation¶
You can install the latest release of Tethne directly from the Python Package Index, using pip.
$ pip install -U tethne
If you don’t already have pip, it is recommended to install the setuptools package.
You can install the bleeding-edge development version from the Tethne git repository.
$ git clone http://github.com/diging/tethne.git
